Sound Healing with Tuning Forks, Crystal Bowls and Chanting

Sunday, 3/18/2018 1:00 – 3:00 p.m.
Presented by: Laura Fisher, MS, BA, RMT, RYT

In this two hour hands-on presentation, you will discover how all of your life experiences are stored as energy patterns. Some of these experiences, especially negative ones create blockages that interrupt the free flow of energy in our lives. You will discover how sound effects our subtle and physical body and experience how different sounds affect you.

This class will begin with a guided meditation using crystal bowls to open your chakras and promote a feeling of peace and balance. The class will also include a power point presentation, hand-outs and plenty of time for hands-on experience. You will have time to practice with crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, tuning forks, drums and chanting. If you have your own tuning forks, please bring them, otherwise tuning forks will be provided for you to use.

Laura has been teaching music both privately and within a public school setting for over 30 years. In the past few years, Laura has been guided to study the effects of sound and music on all living things.

Cost: $30
