Sound Activation
w
ith Mary Gray
Saturday, November 4th    6:00 – 7:30pm

If we accept that sound is vibration and we know that vibration touches every part of our physical being, then we understand that sound is heard not only through our ears but through every cell in our bodies.

Everything in the universe vibrates at it’s own unique frequency called a resonant frequency. This includes all the cells, tissues, and organs of our bodies. Aliments arise as result of a disturbance in these frequencies. Through the concept of resonance and entrainment, sound can be utilized to bring our bodies back to optimal frequencies.

Join us as we immerse ourselves in sound.Participants will explore guided breath exercises, toning (use of our own voice), as well as the opportunity to choose an instrument as we create a sacred space of sound together.

Cost:  $25  Register Here

Take a Vacation from your Mind!

Peace is so accessible and even the die-hard “busy minded” can learn meditation.
In this four week series, we break-down the tools, techniques and endless monkey mind chatter, so you can see your thoughts and start to experience the space between them.  We’ll talk about blockades to meditation, the ultimate benefits beyond the obvious and explore first-hand techniques that reveal the discursive nature of the mind and the lies about who we think we are.   Each week will include experiential guided meditation and discussion time to answer questions.
We all know there’s more….come sit and experience who you really are.  For more information send an email to awakenkarens@gmail.com

Costs:
$15 to drop in or $40 for the series.
