Ashtanga – A vigorous flowing class using a sequence of asanas (postures) based upon the primary series as taught by Sri Pattabhi Jois (guruji).

This gentle vinyasa class is appropriate for all levels including beginners. Relax and De-stress into the evening.
Maha Vinyasa is an advanced class with a rock & roll rhythm. It includes classical yoga asana, inversions, arm balances, back bending, and more. This is a challenging, energetic flow designed to open your chakras and awaken your entire body to its fullest potential. Music and sequencing slow down midway through the class as postures are held longer, allowing for meditation while holding the pose.
This is a class for advanced students. Intermediate students are welcome and encouraged to use modifications where necessary. This is not a class for beginners.
Warm Energizing Vinyasa
A powerfully energizing flow of postures linked to the breath to help students clear blockages and experience the joy and peace that reside deep within each of us.
This all-levels class is adapted to the needs of the students present, offering modifications to challenge and encourage students in a safe supportive atmosphere.

Prana Vinyasa – A flowing sequence of asanas (postures) linked to and supported by breath, inspired by Shiva Rea. Each class is adapted to the needs of the students present, offering modifications and variations to challenge and encourage students in a safe supportive atmosphere. All students welcome.

Flow & Go
A short and sweet vinyasa flow for the early riser. Flow & Go covers all aspects of the body from root to rise using flowing sequences with an emphasis on balance. Simple, yet challenging for all levels.
Yin Yoga focuses on the slow, patient, opening of the fascial layer of the body. The fascia is the connective tissue (shrink wrap) that underlies the skin, wraps the muscles, holds the bones together and is the conduit for the meridians through which energy flows. Through the practice of long held postures targeting the connective tissue of the low back, hips and hamstrings, Yin Yoga invites you to slow down and create space for stillness to facilitate opening, while also nourishing joints, ligaments, and tendons.
Many of the poses are seated as well as laying down and are held with muscles relaxed for 3 to 5 minutes. There is a focus on the breath, being present in the moment, relieving tension and letting go. The Yin practice includes powerful mental and emotional benefits as its practitioner becomes quiet, still and mindful of the present. Give yourself this opportunity to surrender, slow down and come back to balance. A perfect complement for vinyasa flow and other challenging practices. Suitable for students of all levels of experience.
Basics classes are suitable for those new to yoga, those who want a gentle slow-paced class or those coming to yoga while healing.This class includes relaxing and rejuvenating posture sequences. Focus is placed on moving with breath, freeing the spine, opening the hips and strengthening the upper body and core. Basics is the foundation of all TriYoga classes and is a practice in itself.
TriYoga Level 1
Emphasis is on alignment and creating a foundation for steady, comfortable asana, and building on Basics trinity of asana,breath and mudra. Level 1 class is suitable for those who have taken yoga before or those looking for a more strenuous class.
TriYoga Level 2
Emphasis is on the flow-flowing in and out of asanas in effortless alignment . synchronizing movement with breath and the flow of subtle energy.This is an intermediate class.
Yoga Basics – Learn yoga in a safe, supportive environment. Focus is on foundational poses and general form. Appropriate for beginners and students looking to improve their practice.
Beginner & Beyond – A gentle vinyasa class most appropriate to those new to yoga or with some physical limitations, although all students are welcome and will be challenged.
