This is a continuation of the 7am meditation in an unstructured sit as long as you like form until 8am for those participants wishing to sit longer than 30 minutes. Followed by a brief question and answer period.

Ashtanga – A vigorous flowing class using a sequence of asanas (postures) based upon the primary series as taught by Sri Pattabhi Jois (guruji). All students welcome however some yoga experience or level of fitness helpful.

This is a guided meditation class open to all students beginners and experienced alike. We will do guided relaxation techniques, breathwork, visualization , and meditation. This class is drop in only $20 per class, class cards and monthlies do not apply.

Core Power Vinyasa @ Awaken Yoga and Meditation Center

This is an all-levels, 75 minute Ashtanga based Vinyasa class.  The class consists of flowing continuous moves, with a concentration on core strength.  There will be many downward dogs, chatarunga push-ups,  planks, and some inversions.  This class will build internal core strength and flexibility.

Radiance Sutra Meditation/Talk @ Awaken Yoga and Meditation Center

This is an experiential Meditation class and talk/discussion on the Radiance Sutras (Vijnana Bhairava Tantra) .  A talk and disussion on one or more of the Radiance sutras and meditation from the sutras will be used to illustrate and experience profound meaning embedded in this classic text.   A $10 suggested donation is requested.
