Ashtanga Variation @ Awaken Yoga and Meditation Center

Ashtanga – A vigorous flowing class using a sequence of asanas (postures) based upon the primary series as taught by Sri Pattabhi Jois (guruji). All students welcome however some yoga experience or level of fitness helpful.

We believe that everyone should have the opportunity to practice yoga.  Donate what you can. This is an all levels class. Taught by our amazing, recently graduated 200 hour teacher trainees.
