Virtual Zoom Chair Yoga
Chair Yoga is for anyone, using the chair as a prop to support the yogi in anyway that is
needed. Whether it is used to aid in balance, stability in standing poses or support in
sitting postures. The class is adapted to those in attendance, providing various levels of
skill and challenge.
You will be guided in a loving supported way through pranayama (breath practice) and
asana (mindful movement). you will feel calmer and invigorated after taking this class!

A flowing sequence of asanas (postures) starting with a vigorous yoga flow designed for
students who desire a strong movement based practice

A flowing sequence of Asanas (postures) linked and supported by breath. Each class is
adapted to the needs of the students, offering modifications and variations to challenge
and encourage students in a safe supportive atmosphere. All level of students welcome.
Virtual Zoom Yoga Fundamentals

This is a Hatha flow based class that will include details of proper alignment, spiritual
teachings, and pranayama.

Virtual Zoom Yin Yoga
This practice provides the opportunity to calm, nurture and soothe our body and mind.
The act of mindfully taking a posture and then meditation through breath and pose for
several minutes helps the body to soften and relax into each posture, improving
flexibility, range of motion and more.
Mindfulness Meditation involves focusing the mind on a particular object thought or
activity to train attention and awareness and achieve a mentally clear and emotionally
calm and stable state. Bringing you and your thoughts into the present moment.
