Restorative Yoga & Reflexology
With Mikayla and Donna
Friday, May 12th 7:00-9:15pm
Restorative Yoga rejuvenates and repletes our natural resources. Relaxation is essential in restoring and balancing the Prana, masculine energy and Apana, feminine energy that permeates our bodies.
Reflexology is a form of bodywork that focuses primarily on the feet. Reflexology promotes relaxation, improves circulation, reduces pain, soothes feet, and encourages overall healing. Together Mikayla Bram and Donna Coogan create sacred space, inviting you to let go and nourish your soul while you rejuvenate your body and mind.
Appropriate for everyone… family, friends, beginners and seasoned Yogis.
Please dress warm and comfortable and bring a blanket.

Reiki is an ancient hands-on healing technique that helps promote peace and balance to physical, emotional, mental and spiritual imbalances.
The circle is a great way to learn about Reiki, especially if you have never experienced it before. It is also a great way for all Reiki practitioners to practice giving Reiki as well as learn new techniques.
The circle will begin with a brief guided meditation using crystal bowls to help still the mind and body. Everyone in attendance will then receive a mini Reiki session and have a chance to practice giving Reiki to others.
Please bring your own mats, otherwise there will be some for you to borrow and blankets will be provided. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org
Cost: $15 prior to event, $20 at the door

In Loving Memory of Herb Aronoff
Most of you are aware my father passed away on March 18th. I have received an outpouring of love from the Awaken Community and continue to feel held and safe. It seems like yesterday. As I write this, tears stream from me. My Father was my hero. The greatest gift he left behind was his infinite heart of love. To me, that is what Kirtan is, and helps us all feel, as we create sacred sound with our own breath, body and mind. Please join me in honoring the life that gave me life as we join in community to chant the divine names.
Love all ways,
With Michael Aronoff
