Caitlin Santomauro earned her 200 hour yoga certification in August 2018 and is extremely passionate about health and wellness. She is currently earning a Master’s Degree in Health and Physical Education and loves teaching students of all ages about the benefits of yoga for complete health in the body, mind, and spirit.
Caitlin’s classes are a mixture of gentle flow and vinyasa. She focuses on intentional movement that helps feed the body and mind as well as teaches yoga philosophy and promotes spiritual intention setting. She is expanding her knowledge and furthering her yoga education by studying to be certified as a Yin yoga instructor in August 2020.
All levels are welcome in all of Caitlin’s classes. She encourages movements that honor one’s body and will always cue modifications, or further advancements, for poses within her class to satisfy all of her students.
