During the late 80’s, my Hatha yoga teacher first introduced me to meditation. I’ve explored many different techniques since then, and my practice continues to be a wonderful and evolving journey!
While completing my YTT200 at AWAKEN Yoga and Meditation Center, I realized every student – beginner or seasoned – benefits most when they seek to discover and honor their own unique and personal approach.
Meditation can gently nourish and restore us, clear our lens, and lead us to greater self awareness and compassion. My goal is to help others feel these benefits, regardless of experience or where we are on the journey.
