Meghan has been a devoted student and teacher since 2012. She teaches vinyasa flow, beginner yoga and restorative yoga, as well as mindfulness meditation. Meghan’s classes focus on finding the balance between strength and flexibility, while creating space for personal inquiry and discovery. She believes in the power of yoga to help us know ourselves more fully and step into a more joyful experience of our lives. Outside of the studio, Meghan is a registered pharmacist and health coach who helps clients come back to balance in their lives and achieve their health goals.
